Linnette and her crazy salad
For those of you who know Linnette from Wreck Beach, you know her specialty in making... um... very "special" cuisine. (especially her vegan special brownies)
We had a lovely dinner together last night, and she packed me some of the beautiful salad she made for my lunch today.
Even though she swears that there is nothing "special" about this salad, I tell you, i was BONKED all day at work.

Great tasting salad though, btw... filled with nuts, slightly steamed broccoli and carrots, sweet peppers, and a nice light dressing.
